New Appliance Parts
Most of our new appliance parts come straight from the manufacturer and some are replacement versions and are not OEM parts, the best option on finding the correct part for your model is to check with the manufacturer. You will need to have your model number and serial number ready to help you find the correct part. Check out our handy diagram to help you find your model number tag! Used parts
Some manufacturers only provide parts for their products for a short period, usually shorter than the life span of the appliance. Some of the manufacturers do not supply parts in the US or make it nearly impossible to purchase their parts. This can be troublesome for consumers who would like to replace/fix their appliance instead of throwing it out and buying a new one for something as simple as a knob, drip pan, microwave glass tray, door glass for a range etc.

Every day we receive discarded appliances. Instead of adding to our landfills, we thought that there had to be a better way to help our environment and save consumers thousands of dollars. Instead of just stripping the appliances and discarding all of the usable parts, we strip them down and save every salvageable part from knobs to microcomputers.
All of our used parts are tested and inspected. They are in working order and backed with a 30 day, exchange only warranty. Sometimes you may find cosmetic blemishes on these products like scratching and discoloring, however, nothing to hinder the use of the product.
Scratch and Dent Parts
The term "Scratch and Dent" for appliance parts is essentially the same meaning for Scratch and Dent appliances that you may find at your local appliance dealer. Some scratch and dent appliances come in from the manufacturer so badly damaged cosmetically that stripping them for their parts is usually best. This is where labeling these parts got tricky. We cannot call them new; technically, they are new parts however, they were installed on/in the appliance. We cannot really call them used as the appliance was never used. Some of these parts may have cosmetic blemishes and this where we decided to keep them labeled as "Scratch and Dent"
Again, all of these parts are inspected and backed with a 30-day exchange only warranty.
